Please be aware that while our warranty covers manufacturing defects, RQ Cactus is not responsible for damage due to misuse or negligence, nor for normal wear and tear, aging, or oxidation.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Purchases from official website rqcactus.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in original, unused condition with all original packaging and invoice. RQ Cactus reserves the right to reject any returned item(s) that do not meet the above requirements, with notification provided via email.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@rqcactus.com with your order details. Upon approval, items should be returned to the specified address. Refunds or exchanges are processed upon receipt, with original shipping costs non-refundable except in cases of defective items.
REFUND PROCESS
Upon evaluating your return, we'll inform you about your refund eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, timing subject to your bank's policies.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective items. Additionally, duties, taxes, or other international charges, as well as shipping for unclaimed packages, cannot be refunded.
