We stand behind the quality of our items. In the event of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us via our enquiry form or email within 3 days of delivery. Please be aware that while our warranty covers manufacturing defects, RQ Cactus is not responsible for damage due to misuse or negligence, nor for normal wear and tear, aging, or oxidation.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cost: €8, estimated 3working days. Allow additional time during peak holiday seasons.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (UK & REST OF WORLD)
